ApexSQL News Product announcements, promotions and other ApexSQL news Product Update Alert - ApexSQL Edit 2008.09 A Medium Fix version of ApexSQL Edit 2008.09.0168 has been posted. Use the following link for downloading. On this version, all extended source control features that the ApexSQL Source Control add-in used to provide for ApexSQL Edit (like labeling, more seamless integration with Visual Source Safe, Team Foundation Server, and SourceGear Vault, etc) are now fully integrated in ApexSQL Edit--no need for the add-in. To take advantage of this change, just download this version of ApexSQL Edit. To read more about what happens to the old ApexSQL Source Control add-in, click here. Effective this version, the evaluation period has been changed to 90 days. Here are the complete release notes for the new version. Auto-updater will work on this version. Please note: in case of updating from ApexSQL Edit 2005 your settings will be lost. Make sure you backup your settings before as described here. In case of updating from ApexSQL Edit 2008 your settings will be kept and the application will be updated correctly. If you want to preserve on upgrade your customized layout settings (menus, toolbars, etc...) please manually copy Layouts.xml file from the application installation folder to another location and copy it to the application folder again after you have upgraded. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. This problem will be eliminated in the next version.
