ApexSQL Unit Test announced

Raleigh – May 20, 2015 – ApexSQL, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and major provider of Microsoft SQL Server solutions, today announced the release of the ApexSQL Unit Test for Q4 2015

ApexSQL Unit Test is SQL Server management studio add-in that allows the users to create and run unit tests on SQL databases. The tool will be based on tSQLt framework. Its main goal is to provide easy creation, manipulation and running on tSQLt unit tests.

ApexSQL Unit Test features:

  • Supports Microsoft SQL Server 2005, 2008, 2008R2, 2012, 2014 and 2016

    • Install tSQLt framework in selected database
    • Reinstall\update tSQLt framework

    • Panel with all included databases and their tests
    • Panel with all important information about running tests
    • Running test status icons
    • Option to show only highlighted tests in the output
  • Progress bar with running tests information
  • Auto-run all tests on save all command (CTRL+SHIFT+S)
  • Stop tests execution safely
  • View history for each run test for current session only
