Here are some details
Please contact us well in advance of your meetings as we sponsor a limited amount of meetings each month
We do ask that a UG member volunteers to create a presentation featuring one of our products, our company etc. Usually any presentation topic is acceptable. 5-15 minutes is fine
b. We’d also like an article, video, collateral etc to post on our website with full attribution to the person, and UG
To calculate sponsorship cost
b.Add 25% in tangible “door prizes” e.g. SWAG, gear etc – so that would be $50 (that is 2-3 items – t-shirts, steins, etc)
c.Total would be $300
We send check (or wire) for $ and gear in 2 weeks advance based on attendance estimate. For wire, please send wire instructions
If you underestimate the attendance, cost – just let us know and we’ll send a check for the difference
