ApexSQL Search 2022 has been released

About ApexSQL Search: ApexSQL Search is a SQL Server Management Studio and Visual Studio add-in, for SQL object and data text search, managing extend properties, rename objects without breaking dependencies.

About this release:

Improved quality:

  • 11 bugs fixed

Changes:

  • The activation model is switched to Subscription
  • The application does not support integration into SQL Server Management Studio 2012, 2014, and 2016 versions
  • The application does not support integration into Visual Studio 2010, 2012, 2013, and 2015 versions
  • Ignore whitespaces option is added for the Text search feature for easier control of the search scope

Know issues:

  • “The ‘ApexSOLSearchJnstPackage’ package did not load correctly” error is encountered when the Visual Studio 2019 16.7 version is started
