Azure SQL Database Managed Instance support in ApexSQL tools

We are happy to announce Day 1 support in the majority of ApexSQL products for Azure SQL Database Managed Instance that will become generally available on October 1st, 2018.

For the rest of our products, we plan to support Azure SQL Database Managed Instance where technically feasible, in the coming months.
